When prompted to sign in please use your business credentials:
Proceed to the parcel you’re looking for and press on it
Press “Send Change Request” Under “Order Contents”
A pop up will appear with the options to choose from:
Press on “Request Cancellation” and place a note for the cancellation reason
(If parcel is in transit, changes will not apply, cancellation is invalid, and products will be delivered)
If your change requested is valid, accepted, or denied in your order, you can view the Event Log at the bottom of the page for the reply from the seller, additional information, and status of items:
The seller will respond to your change request and if required changes in the PR will be done to continue the order,
(Fresh and Short Shelf Life products cannot be returned or cancelled)
(Once a change request is submitted it will stop processing the item in your order until the request is finalized)
