Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for several reasons,

At the far right you'll find the cancelled column, choose the item from that column and move to the bottom of the page. 

For each item in your order you can view the Event Log at the bottom of the page as per the image below to understand why that item was cancelled:
